We process personal data provided to us by clients in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by the Clients and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended). We store your personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized store employees have access to the database.

Any Customer who has provided us with their personal data has the full possibility to access their data for verification, modification or request deletion.

The Store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of customers to third parties, unless this is done with the express consent or at the customer’s request or at the request of authorized under the law of the state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Store also uses the so-called. cookies. These files are stored on the Client’s computer by our server and provide statistical data about the Client’s activity, in order to select our offer according to his individual needs and tastes. The Customer may at any time disable the option to accept cookies in his/her web browser, although he/she must be aware that in some cases disconnecting these cookies may affect the difficulties in using the offer of our Store. Cookies stored on the Customer’s computer store information about:

• User’s session,
• Recently viewed products
• vote in the survey.

We would like to point out to you that if we provide links to other websites that we do not administer on the website of our Store, we cannot be responsible for either the content of those pages or for the level of privacy protection provided by the administrators of those websites. When deciding to switch to such sites, the Customer does so at his own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these websites before you share your personal information with them.

We only send advertising and promotional materials to customers if they have given their consent. This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Customer, if it confirms the link clearly indicated by us containing acceptance to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts and news in our Store. These materials apply only to the offer of our Store.
